Tina brought the buyer and remained patient and persistent throughout an unusually challenging transaction, ultimately getting it to a successful closing. This was our second transaction with Tina, and while our previous sale went smoothly, this one became considerably more complicated near the end. The property and an adjoining lot we owned had recently been combined. Rather than use the local surveyor who had previously surveyed both properties, the buyers selected a different surveyor whose findings conflicted with the original survey. Those differences had to be reviewed and resolved before the transaction could proceed. We were willing to allow a standard 30-day closing, but the buyers specifically requested an end-of-the-month closing. The next month-end provided approximately 22 days, while waiting until the following month-end would have extended the transaction by another 30 days, for a total of approximately 52 days. We agreed to the earlier month-end, the buyers accepted that date, and the transaction moved forward. Although the process was difficult at times from our perspective as sellers, Tina continued working with both parties until the sale successfully closed. Our two experiences were very different, but both produced successful results. We appreciate Tina’s patience and persistence, and we would recommend her to others.

I'm repeating this because Tina deserves it. I've waited a couple weeks before commenting. I've waited because I want my comments to reflect well on Tina. This transaction was unusually complex and difficult. Initially, Tina was given inaccurate, incomplete information revardimg the site. Then a couple bad property surveys added to doubt and confusion. That finally was resolved late. Along with this, and adding to the stress, was the seller's need for a quick closing. Through all of this chaotic effort, Tina was able to hold all of this together, coordinating various streams of needs and circumstance. To conclude, this transaction did close after more than one delay, and closed succesfully. Tina handled all the challenges professionally. She handled all the unusual demands with dignity and cheerful demeanor, even while personal family were equally demanding. She's a pro. She did a great job for us as buyers. Would I recommend her? Sure! With this review, I am.
