Well disclaimer up front. Scott is my son so I might be a little prejudiced. My experience with Scott was Great. Scott is a very honest person and runs his business in very professional manner. If you want that in your realtor I would use Scott.

We cannot recommend our realtor enough! From the very beginning, she was there for us every step of the way. She patiently showed us numerous homes that we were convinced were “the one” until we finally found the perfect new construction home for our family. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. She handled communication between the builder’s superintendent, the other realtor, inspectors, and everyone involved, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to answer my many questions about the home-buying process and our new home. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. I never had to wait long for a response, and she was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Even before we found our home, she consistently sent us listings she thought we’d love and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. What impresses me most is that her support didn’t stop at closing. Even after the sale was complete, she has continued to be attentive, helpful, and available whenever we’ve needed her. We couldn’t have picked a better person to help us find our new home!
