Well disclaimer up front. Scott is my son so I might be a little prejudiced. My experience with Scott was Great. Scott is a very honest person and runs his business in very professional manner. If you want that in your realtor I would use Scott.

We couldn’t have picked a better person to help us find our new home! We came from out of state and Sonia cleared her schedule to accommodate ours in the short time we were able to look at homes in person. Then she went above and beyond to get us all the information we requested (and more so what we needed and hadn’t thought to ask about or look in to) in order to make such a major decision from across the country. We love our new home and don’t think we would have been so blessed if we had worked with anyone else.

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story.
