My husband and I just purchased our first home here in Gainesville, FL. We were truly blessed to be connected with Phoenicha as our realtor. We connected with her at our very first meeting. She was not only professional, but very personable, relatable, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is just a genuinely good spirit. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.

He is patient, approachable and always available to answer his phone which was important to me because I have busy schedule. He always kept our intrest/the client's interst first. He also has a great sense of humor which in stressful situations I greatly appreciated, thus putting my mind to ease.
