Although at times I felt like we needed a little more guidance since we were first time buyers, I appreciated that he looked out for us with giving us recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspectors and helped set up some of those things. 'The biggest thing that I will be grateful is him realizing that our lender was trying to/had deceive(d) us. Josue went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and even talked with our lender and their legal team to advocate for us. It was a very unfortunate situation, but a learning experience for everyone involved and I'm grateful that Josue was able to help us in this situation.
