What a rock star! Even with the limited inventory and certainly a sellers market, Tonya was able to find us a home that meet our needs and we were able to close within 30 days. She is very connected with the other realtors in the area and has a great team behind her. She has lenders who will go out of their way to ensure her clients are taken care of. Highly recommend

Fantastic service with exceptional agents.

My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.
