We are delighted with Ella Payne because of her aptitude and attention to detail. She is very smart and understands real estate laws with sales and purchases. She was always available to answer questions. The sale of our home went as she stated every step of the way. If she didn't know something, she didn't overstate or understate or give some BS answer. She was always up-front. Plus she is so pleasant, but don't mistake that kindness for any level of pushover, causes she will make thinks happen and be upfront about everything. She is an high achiever and hard working. She in my opinion is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. We have her listing another property for us currently. I tell anyone now that needs a realtor to call her.
