From Day One Nancy was on top of preparing to sell our house. She first created a Market Analysis to determine pricing in our area. She then came back, photographed our property and house and created a very accurate and attractive listing. Once the listing was published, she communicated with us about every showing, potential buyers and their offers. We had interest from all over the Country!
