Blaine Atkinson is the most thorough real estate agent I've ever worked with. As a customer I felt like I was his number one client. He goes above and beyond to help me with my real estate needs. His ultimate goal is to please his client and to help them find the perfect property for them. On the reverse side he works tirelessly with listing clients to sell their property. He's always looking for unique ways to find the perfect buyer for his listings. I would highly recommend Blaine for any real estate needs. I will not hesitate to work with him in the future. They just don't get any better.

We first engaged with Velia when she showed us a property that she was the listing agent for. Months later, we were thinking about putting our house on the market to capitalize on rising values in the area and thought of her as the best we had seen from looking at lots of houses (we never engaged a realtor directly for those explorations). From an initial phone call to making a decision to getting the house listed and live was less than a day. Her guidance was direct and correct! She also knew that this property would move fast, and as she was unavailable for the next 72 hours from the time of the listing, she immediately brought in a partner to facilitate the timeline and within 2 days we had multiple offers, all over list, and most were in cash. Her ability to read the market and her unselfishness of putting our success first (she could have waited a week and kept 100% of the commission for herself) shows her client first approach to her work. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

During my Land Sale Process, Tina as my Seller's Agent was incredibly amazing, she was extremely professional, has an in-dept knowledge, dedicated to accomplish her goals and staying on course to the finish line. I want to say a big Thanks. I will absolutely refer her to anyone I know and also do business with her again when the need arises.
