FANTASTIC EXPIERIENCE!!My wife and I were looking to buy a vacation/vacation rental house in PCB and gave Chris a call. We traveled down from Illinois to meet with him and look for places. We had never been there before so we were very unclear of what we were getting in to. From the beginning Chris was extremely helpful in showing us a wide variety of places and areas and explaining what ones would have better rental potential. We had a very tight deadline and budget that we had to stick with and Chris helped us find the best place for us in a quick timeframe and UNDER budget! Chris also helped us find an insurance agent (getting insurance in FLA is a bit harder than ILL!!). When we came down to close Chris put us in contact with a vacation rental company (that we have signed on with), and even helped us find a place to stay before we could get in to our place. Chris educated us, and was always available to answer questions (and there were LOTS)! We absolutely love our new place and truly could not have done all this without the help from Chris at BAY TO 30A.
