Every question answered in a timely manner Understood where we wanted to be location wise, square footage, amenities, price and didn’t try to push us to something different Every communication was precise and professional while going out of his way to be helpful when asked for recommendations for insurance needs, financing, etc. Dustin even went to the utility company to get the utilities transferred over into our names as we did a remote purchase and they required an “in person” payment! I would recommend Dustin Sims to anyone purchasing or selling a home and will be listing our home in South Carolina with Bosshardt Realty when we make our move to Florida

Selling a house from a distance can be stressful, and it was, but it could have been waaaay more so if Angela wasn’t there to help. She coordinated contractors, estimates, work scope changes, and made sound recommendations on what to do to prepare for a sale. She is also a good human being who remains calm during the storm and trays everyone with respect. 100% recommend you work with Angela to buy or sell your property.

Amy was kind and professional throughout our time working with her. She considered our personal preferences and needs when finding properties for us to tour. When we found our perfect home she guided us through the process. Amy was helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Her expertise was greatly appreciated as first time home buyers.
