Steve went over & above to sell my father's house for my family. Communicated very well since we leaved out of state . So if you want a well knowledge realtor I would go with Steve Pate.

Steve was awesome and so necessary in our quest to sell our home. His team was amazing keeping up with us and letting us know what was happening with our home showing and our home sale process. You will be blessed by their service.

Elmir was truly the best. Always there when we had questions, answered us so quickly. Helped us get the best deals and looked out for us and what was best for us and our future. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had to coordinate selling my house whilst buying a condo with all the amenities I was looking for. Elmir went beyond and in 3 days secured a buyer to buy my home and in 3 days the perfect condo for my wants/needs. He was available to answer all my questions day and night while offering his vast experience in the condo scene in Jacksonville, FL. The closing day was done in less than 30 min each (to sell and buy). The timing was perfect! You will not find a more dedicated, warm, and darn good Agent to get you exactly what you are looking for!

Elmir made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. He was always responsive, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills helped us secure our new home with confidence. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was quick to respond and always took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly felt that he had our best interests in mind throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, patience, and hard work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable real estate agent, I highly recommend Elmir Slavic. Thank you for helping our family find our new home!
