Working with Vivian Sampayo to find our home was a great experience. Being new to town, we didn't know what was out there, or what the neighborhoods were like. Vivian quickly identified the type of home we were after and helped us find places to check out. Scheduling viewings was easy and she was always able to meet our schedule. Once we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Vivian had a wealth of knowledge on every topic, from the buying process and negotiation tactics, to the inspection and what to look out for, to where to look to find good businesses for repairs and renovations. Almost a year later, she continues to keep in contact with us to ensure we're doing all right - - for things like making sure we understand the homestead exemption, and to answer any questions we have had come up along the way. I would confidently recommend Vivian to anyone looking to buy a home in our area.

Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Realtor turned friend … HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ***I’m the buyer***
