Denise was extremely helpful with the sale of our home. The communication was excellent so I was notified with all information on the progress, etc when showing the house to buyers. The sale of my house was smooth and happened in a timely manner. Also,she really knows the local market and the current market conditions, so the the pricing was set at a fair rate for both sides.
