We were able to meet the Seller’s quick close requirements. Our bid was accepted. As we rapidly moved on toward closing, we had a comprehensive home inspection. Brian displayed great knowledge of many aspects of home construction specific to this area of Florida. He was valuable in making certain all potential problem areas were addressed by the inspection team. Bottom Line: Mr. Fossa is a personable, knowledgeable and capable Real Estate Broker. From showing houses to the closing itself, He takes the time to listen and understand the Buyer’s requirements.
