Kathy knows her craft as being an agent. She knows the area extremely well and the people too. She is extremely knowledgeable in the market and her communication with us was excellent. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'! The way Deidra built and kept a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Broker, the Seller, the Title company, and all other parties concerned was truly 'AMAZING'!!
