Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

If you are looking for a strong , assertive agent who will not only find your dream home but also work hard to make it a reality, you want Sarah Olson ! From the start Sarah wasted no time only showing us houses that checked all of our boxes. Sarah had fantastic resources from mortgage rep, to inspectors , all the way down to painter and carpet cleaner. Every contractor was better than the next. Sarah was very knowledgeable and experienced . Excellent at negotiations, timelines and efficiency. Using Sarah and her team we were able to close in less than 30 days ! I would highly recommend Sarah Olson !

Kathy knows her craft as being an agent. She knows the area extremely well and the people too. She is extremely knowledgeable in the market and her communication with us was excellent. Anytime of the day or night when we called she would respond. She is our lady when it come to buying or selling a home here in Florida. Plus she is so much fun to hang out with. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
