Bill was an agent in an office that I too was an agent. During our time working together in an office of SIXTY agents, I trusted him explicidly with my business and clients. Bill took care of all of my affairs during the death of my two brothers and my mother over a period of 3 years. Although I was friends with many of the other agents, I trusted Mr. Bacher to see my deals through, and be fair and honest, not only with my customers, but me as well. Although I am no longer an agent, I continue to refer family and friends to him.

His recommendation for inspectors was great and resulted in me breaking contracts on both my first and second house choices (as they both failed inspection because the sellers failed to disclose significant water and/or termite damage). Mr. Maynard continued to help me look for a property that met my needs, including spending one Saturday driving to multiple properties a fair distance away; we finally just closed on my dream property. I am retired military and used a VA loan, and Mr. Maynard was very familiar with the requirements of this loan (which is critical since there are many additional requirements, including several types of inspections, before a VA loan will be approved on a certain property).
