She did very well explaining things and truly cared about what we wanted. She was also very flexible and always tried to make time us in-person. She was very knowledgeable about areas, and since we have a baby, she also let us know about schools and daycares near by. I liked that Courtney took calculated risks during the negotiation process but also made sure we knew the risks and that we were comfortable.
