Jill Black was our agent. She is very knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. She is extremely familiar with the local real estate market, and a person who listens to the customer's ideas and expectations. We could not have wished for a better professional to assist us in our relocation project.

Cindy is very professional and knowledgable in regards to real estate. She stayed on top of things and kept us informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell.

Teresa told me that she was confident that she could sell our home, even in the slowed down market. I must say I was amazed at her confidence, but guess what, she did it!!!!! The first weekend the teams marketing and finesse brought the right buyers and the offer was better than expected! I highly recommend the Cindy Gavin team, and particularly Teresa Murray.
