She was professional, courteous, helpful and not in the least bit pushy or arrogant (as were some others we met with). Darlene continued to follow up with us periodically to see how we were doing. We were so pleased with her professionalism that we knew we wanted her as our agent when we were ready to move forward. Throughout the entire process, from listing to closing, Darlene was there and always responded to calls and texts immediately. Between Darlene and the title company who she had set us up with, we were continually provided with timelines, updates and necessary paperwork requirements. We faced one small glitch as we were getting near to closing, but Darlene was able to handle it for us quickly and efficiently and all went smoothly.
