Thank you Katherine for finding a house that suits me perfectly.

Working with Kathryn was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She went above and beyond by coordinating beautiful staging that truly showcased the home and hosting multiple open houses that brought in steady interest. Every step of the sales process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. What could have been overwhelming felt effortless thanks to her expertise and guidance. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more successful experience.

Selling an older home poses significant challenges. We lived in a home that was built in the 50's. When we decided to sell it, Kathyrn advised us honestly and selflessly, making sure we understood that although she knew what she would do, the decisions would have to be our own. She did thorough research, and immediatly adjusted her analysis with new information as it became available. Her predictions were right on the money so we weren't surprised by the process or outcome. Kathyrn had the home staged in a way that inspired our choices in home furnishings for our new home. She was sensitive to our expectations and did her best to deliver on them. And she helped us with other things not directly related to the sale. We would highly recommend Kathry Henthorne as a realtor for her experience, energy, personality, honesty and for just being a great person. Thanks, Kathyrn!
