Even though I was pre-approved, my credit union was taking forever. Fred pressed them every step of the way. Fred actually kept me more informed about each thing that was causing a new delay and what to do to get past it than my own lender. I couldn't imagine an agent working harder for me than Fred. I will never use anyone else ever again.
