We were highly impressed with our home buying experience with Carole and John. Since we were relocating from Ohio, we greatly appreciated the expertise and guidance Carole provided. Every step of the process felt smooth, aided by the team’s excellent communication and personal touch. She took the time to show us homes in multiple neighborhoods to ensure we landed in the area that best suited our family. We visited for just a few days where we looked at many homes in person, but ultimately selected our home after a virtual showing conducted once we were back in Ohio.
