After our first trip to Florida and 6 properties later, Luis was able to narrow in on our likes and knew exactly what we were looking for. The one property we were interested in had been pulled off the market to rent but he contacted the agent and let him know we were serious. Luis stayed on top as we still were searching listings and 2 weeeks later he contacted us and it was on the market. We again went to Florida and looked at the property and the rest is history.
