Rob was amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t really sure what questions to ask, what was to be expected, etc. Rob and Melanie (his Transaction Coordinator) were there with me every step of the way to answer questions and help me through the process. I bought a condo, so there were additional steps and I had quite a few questions. They acted as a liaison between me, the condo association, and the seller and clearly communicated with me regarding any issues. In an age when many of us rely on text and email, Rob was great at picking up the phone. He personally went with me to the inspection, walk-through, and the closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

We are soo pleased with Franks ability to deliver on his promises at an efficiency that many desire! His resources, knowledge and kind & professional attitude goes a long way! Go with this guy and you won’t regret it! ;)
