We were frustrated with the agent we had been working with (limited availability, disengaged, and disregarding our needs/price point). So began an amazing real estate experience and friendship. We were out of state, always coming into town at unusual times with a short window to look at properties. Once our FL home purchase was complete, it was time to sell our out of state home.
