Amazing Buyers Agent

Colleen was absolutely amazing. She was patient as we looked at 40+ homes. She kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process making herself readily available at a moments notice. Her help was invaluable during the selection of the perfect house and in my opinion, I could not have done any better, than what Collen did. After closing she also helped me with documents that were not her responsibility, but she helped nevertheless. I truly do believe that she represented me over the sellers agent and herself. Colleen is an excellent agent!

I have worked with Colleen multiple times and she never disappoints in her excellent service. This current market is brutal and we worked together to get my home in St. Augustine sold so that I could move forward with my relocation to Georgia. Colleen advised me on doing what was necessary to in this market to get showings and get a buyer when other homes in my neighborhood continue to sit on the market. She has always been there for me in all of the sales and purchases that we have done together in the past 15 or more years. I highly recommend Colleen if you need an agent to buy, sell or do both!

Diligent, detail oriented and very competent agent.

Having used Arleen Lammons as our CPA, my husband and I were already aware of her excellent work ethic and attention to detail, so when we listed with her to sell our property while we moved out of state we knew we were in good hands. What we didn't expect was her diligence, not just to providing a most beautiful listing (that stirred up much interest even during the FL seasonal real estate slump), but also in frequenting our home ensuring everything was in good shape and even flushing toilets, etc. to maintain its state and appearance! Arleen kept us up to date on every time the home was shown, its' condition, any concerns that needed addressing, all feedback from every showing and the state of the real estate market in the area.
