Cathie was very thorough. She answered our emails imediately.

Lise is awesome and she helped me to sell my property. Because I do not reside in the US, the whole process was done online and Lisa impressed me with her professionalism and enthusiasm from the very beginning. She acted quickly and listed my home at the right asking price at multiple channels. This resulted in multiple offers in just over one week. Lisa expertly negotiated on my behalf, guidance all parties to a successful closing, even slightly above my asking price. Due to my non-U.S. taxation status and the condition of the property, there were some issues during the sale but Lisa helped to resolve all the problems patiently and professionally. Throughout the entire process, Lisa kept me and my husband well informed and responded promptly to all our questions. Her knowledge and dedication made what can be a stressful experience go very smoothly. I would highly recommend Lisa Foor for anyone looking to sell/buy their home, as her expertise and customer service are second to none. We are very happy with the sales and would definitely work with her again in the future.
