Colleen was absolutely amazing. She was patient as we looked at 40+ homes. She kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process making herself readily available at a moments notice. Her help was invaluable during the selection of the perfect house and in my opinion, I could not have done any better, than what Collen did. After closing she also helped me with documents that were not her responsibility, but she helped nevertheless. I truly do believe that she represented me over the sellers agent and herself. Thank you Colleen Calan

It was great working with Miss. Colleen. Very Professional.

I have worked with Colleen multiple times and she never disappoints in her excellent service. This current market is brutal and we worked together to get my home in St. Augustine sold so that I could move forward with my relocation to Georgia. Colleen advised me on doing what was necessary to in this market to get showings and get a buyer when other homes in my neighborhood continue to sit on the market. She has always been there for me in all of the sales and purchases that we have done together in the past 15 or more years. I highly recommend Colleen if you need an agent to buy, sell or do both!
