It is with great appreciation to have known such a jovial, optimistic, and earnest person as Marian Gomez. Notwithstanding our long distance collaborative discourses, Marian’s steadfast dedication to selling our home has made this overwhelming process an undaunting, brief journey. Her professional expertise has far surpassed our expectations. From beginning to end, Marian remained constant with us and came through with a stellar outcome to our complete satisfaction. This wonderful person is a beacon of hope to anyone selling or buying a home.

I’m a first time homebuyer and Marian guided me through the whole process! She was always willing to explain how things work and didn’t hesitate to reach out for answers. She was very detailed during my walkthrough, and was emailing and calling people when we had questions during my remote closing. She continued to email, text, and call people after my closing when I hadn’t received copies of my signed contract yet (because I closed remotely and title sent the paperwork to the wrong address). She’s very personable and you can tell she cares about people and not just a sale! Being a first time homebuyer she asked a lot of questions when we were viewing homes that I didn’t even think to ask, I’m definitely glad I had her by my side for this process.

She was very responsive, and we saw numerous houses. Very helpful in the decision making process. She was very responsive, and we saw numerous houses. Very helpful in the decision making process
