We met Ken at an open house he was helping with and were immediately impressed by his knowledge and relaxed approach. He wasn’t pushy or hovering — something we really appreciated. We were selling our home and beginning the search for a new one. Though we had started working with another agent, we reached out to Ken for help with our home search. He kindly agreed. Our criteria weren’t easy, and after a couple of months with no luck, we were feeling discouraged. But Ken stayed optimistic and kept us motivated. Eventually, issues with our listing agent led us to ask Ken to handle the sale of our home as well — and we’re so glad we did. He truly listened to us, respected our priorities, and was always available to answer questions. When we finally found “the one,” Ken crafted a smart offer strategy that got us a quick acceptance, even over competing offers. He was all-in for us, start to finish. We would highly recommend him! - The Martinelli's
