The highest bid was more than we asked, and we even made a profit. The buyer was ready to close in just a couple of weeks, but Tish negotiated to extend the closing date so that we could find a home to move into. Even then, the purchase of our new home took one extra day. So Tish negotiated to allow us to spend one more night in the home, even after we closed. This saved us from having to find a pet-friendly hotel, thereby saving us lots of money and hassle. Tish was always available to explain the process and answer questions.
