My wife and I used Kim Martin at EXP Realty to sell our house, as well as to buy the lot to build our next home and couldn’t be happier with our experience! It was about a year ago when we met Kim and knew she was the realtor for us. She was genuine, kind, thoughtful, and made us feel like we were family! Kim and her husband Tom were always in communication with us and were available for any questions/concerns etc. They were there for us through all the ups and downs, and for that I can’t thank them enough. I will be using them for all future real estate needs and would highly recommend them!

This is the real estate I bought the house through and they were wonderful so when I decided to sell and move near family I didn’t hesitate to call them right away. Maya was wonderful and helped me through a very important time of my life.

Vivian is a true professional who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. She held multiple open houses, worked with area brokers and realtors to promote our house and ultimately ended up securing us a sale 3 months after listing our property in a slowing market. She was helpful and informative every step of the way and really took the time to explain the process to my husband and I. I highly recommend Vivian.
