Gale was amazing in every way. As first-time homebuyers, we really didn’t know what to expect, but from the very beginning she just took the lead and made everything feel manageable. We originally reached out after seeing a house we liked, and she immediately jumped in. She scheduled the showing right away and from that point on, she guided us through every single step of the process. She was very clear about what to expect, what to watch out for, and where the risks were, which gave us a lot of confidence early on. She also connected us with great people across the board, from our lender to the inspector, and every recommendation turned out to be solid. It made a huge difference not having to figure all of that out on our own. What really stood out was how involved she was the entire time. She stayed on top of everything, followed up on reports, dug into details, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It always felt like she genuinely had our best interests in mind. She was also incredibly patient with us. As first-time buyers, there were moments where we had doubts or felt unsure, and she handled that so well. She walked us through those moments, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She made herself available whenever we needed, helped us see the house multiple times, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before moving forward. By the time we got to closing, everything was set up so well that the process felt smooth and stress-free. Overall, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time buyers.

Our association with Kevin was a 10+. We interviewed 5 agents before selecting Kevin, and he stood out as the leader among them. He levelled with us on subjects but took our opinions into consideration, then told us how the issue would be handled. He handled all details for us (which was extremely good for us given that we are in our 80's) and ensured that we were not blindsided by anything. We felt that Kevin kept us up to date on all details regarding the sale and any issues surrounding same. We really liked Kevin's responsiveness when there was a question. He is extremely responsive. Once our FL home purchase was complete, it was time to sell our out of state home.
