The neighborhood we live in is very slow in terms of home sales. Somehow, Amy dug up a sale and got it done. Very easy to work with; seems to know the market, and has good contacts to sell. Yeah for Amy. She was very pleasant ... especially working with a somewhat cool agent on the buyer's side.
