I had been searching for a place for 8 months and Matt was the one able to get the deal. He was a selling agent on a property i had previously viewed but did not go forward with. A few months later he reached out saying he knew a property that might work for me and closed the deal. Very happy.

I met Tom about a year before the house sale to get some advice on preparation. He helped with info that I put to use. When it was time to sell my Mount Dora property he met with me immediately. I had some doubt when he said my house would sell in two days. We had three offers well above the $182,000 list price. Although I am a Realtor in Tenn. it was good that I chose a Florida Realtor near my house to help sell it. For sale buy owner would not have worked and selling price no doubt would have been lower. Lesson learned: stick with a proven Realtor such as Mr. Langmann.
