It was such a pleasure working with Maria Raymer! I never thought the selling process could be so easy and stress free. Maria truly made the experience enjoyable and was very professional throughout. Parker was very patient throughout the whole process especially as we were making and pulling offers on two different houses. She responded very quickly by text, our preferred communication channel. She was also very knowledgeable and provided us with the very best in terms of photography and video. She provided us documentation to help us price the house. The house sold in 2 weeks for very close to asking.
