Christine followed up with prospects, not with undue pressure, but with her positive personality answering their questions and conferring with me. She did numerous open houses to attract prospects. Oh, and did I mention her excellent negoiating skills with prospects always representing my issues and conditions for the sale. I was always confident that if she was not available for prospect showings (which wasn't very often) her partner, Rick, was there to help.
