Of course, we were in New England and the house was in Florida. It was a bit of a scramble, but we made it work. We bought the house the next day. Jenny was incredibly professional and detail-oriented getting the contract approved, making sure all of the inspections and subsequent repairs were completed, and that the closing went flawlessly. Again, all while we were out of state! We have bought and sold many residential properties in our married life, and my husband said Jenny was the best agent we’ve ever had. High praise!
