This was the first house I've purchased which can be very stressful. Melanie made the experience flawless and easy to understand. She was with me every step of the way and was always available to answer all of my questions, which was a lot. I don't think I could have gone through with this if not for her.

I come from a family of now retired realtors so when I was referred to Dawn I had high expectations and demands. She met and exceeded all of them. Dawn is an absolute powerhouse. She negotiated like she had a black belt in real estate, handled inspections and surprise issues with the calm of someone defusing a bomb, and somehow helped us find and close on a home in under 60 days. I’m still not sure how she pulled it off, but I’m convinced she has superpowers. Highly recommend.

We were moving from Wyoming and did not have the opportunity to look at houses in person. Leslie video called us to do the walk-throughs for the houses we were interested in. She really had our back and made sure the houses were in good condition, looked at the windows, air conditioner, appliances, roof, anything that might add to our cost. We completely trusted her opinion and felt she had our best interest in mind. She went out of her way to look at places we were interested in seeing. Ultimately we found our perfect house. Leslie made a very stressful situation much easier for us. She is fabulous!!
