In addition to the qualities listed above, I was also looking for a person who is not pushy and has the patience in finding the perfect house for me in the challenging real estate market we have seen for the last 1.5 years. Brian did above and beyond while was helping me with buying a condo. Brian found ten condos of my interest. He was always available any time of the week to show me the properties. When I had any questions or needed help/advice he was always there for me. I felt like he was on my side. Brian did all the required paperwork for me, I just had to sing them. Brian found a mortgage agency, inspection agency, appraisal agency, and homeowner insurance for my condo. He did an outstanding job. I recommended Brian to my other friends. Five of them purchased their homes with Brian's help. If I will buy a home after graduation from school Brian will be my agent again.
