Darlene was knowledgeable about the market and every time we had a question she was super responsive. She would often answer immediately or at least acknowledge our text/email/call, and tell us she would get back with us. Her personality was smart with a little sass (in a good way), but she was extremely professional. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help us understand the processes (we bought and sold through her), so we had a lot of questions. I hope we are in our forever home, but if I needed a realtor I would definitely call Darlene again and recommend her to others.
