James (Jim) Mikitta went above and beyond to help me find my new house! He was always available to help me during the week and on weekends (some realtors in Live Oak are not that responsive based on experiences we had when trying to negotiate). Ultimately, I found my new home in Lake City, based on my criteria for a property with Jim's assistance. Even more impressive is the fact that closing was in Jacksonville and Jim took his time to be present at closing even though it wasn't necessary. What's even nicer, I feel that if I needed something, I can still pick up the phone and ask for advice. Working with Jim was a blessing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking in the Live Oak/Lake City area. You will not be disappointed!

This was my first property purchase and Lynn was the nicest, knowledgeable and caring realtor I could have asked for. She helped me understand the intricacies of property purchasing, closing and everything involved. She made us feel like we were her most important clients, believe me we were not. Karen went above and beyond to initially inspect the property then refer us to a very good inspector. She also worked to get repairs done before we even closed. Th closing was very unusual to say the least, and Karen once again went to bat for us and got it done. She did everything she could to get the closing done on time short of getting on a plane to a foreign country to collect the paperwork! Well done Karen! So being people who have bought and sold many properties, we have to say that KAREN IS THE BEST REALTOR THAT WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, BY A LONG SHOT!
