I welcome this opportunity to ask you to name Lorriane Castor The employee of the month as she did what two other Realtors could not do Lorriane sold our home for us ..Lorriane stopped by our home one afternoon as she saw the sign up in our yard that said For Sell by Owner she knocked on the door and I answer it ,after she introduced herself I explained to her that the Home had been on the market for 2 years and the realtor had not sold it so we where trying to sell it ourselves ,we did have a few bites but they always came up not taking the Home ,after listing to us Lorriane said I can sell your Home for you so we gave her a contract and by golly she did it .Lorraine was always very professional with calling us and sending us E-mails and bringing prospect buyer to see the Home I would recommend her to my friends or family if the needs arises . sincerely Charles and Phyllis Davis

Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome. As a matter of fact, after we met I called her several other times to discuss rental and or sell of my property in case of any changes in my employment since I am military. She never once sounded dismissive nor changed her position on what needed to be done. When the time came to move and I got called to serve as a full time military member, I knew without a doubt who was the person to call. Full confidence in her abilities and I could say, never felt worried... even in todays market.
