Great agent, and a great person!

Tina gave us timely advice about selling our house, and surprised us with how fast our house sold (i.e. since our house was located in a lower-visibility neighborhood). We needed to revise a few times her summary of the property in order to get the description to be pithy and eye-catching but also accurate. But she was very accommodating with our edits. Tina then went the extra mile patiently waiting for us clean up room in order to get good pictures, and marketing it to potential buyers. We were totally surprised that we got within $5k of our initial asking price (i.e. considerably more than what we still owed on the house) within about a month of listing. Now that it's over, we have a decent nest egg for our next house. When it came to closing on the house, there were a few issues with the title company she chose, where we did not understand much of the document, and Tina realized that the title company had neglected to specify her commission. Thus, our closing data was a day later than in the offered contract, but it was amicably resolved the following day, and all is well. Yay!
