From the start of my first home-buying experience, Holly made it an overall great experience. Her responsiveness to my questions, worries, and uneasiness to my first time home buying experience put me at ease. Her advice and guidance were invaluable to me. To me, I don't know what I would have done without her knowledge, lender contacts, and guidance. I would recommend her with my highest rating.

Holly has been our realtor for 5 real estate transactions between myself and my extended family so that should say something. Outstanding communication and detail oriented she is a pleasure to work with and have on my side of the transaction.

This home purchase was I believe the 5th transaction Holly has handled for my family and she will handle the sale of my present home when it’s ready for the market. She’s handled everything from an apartment for my girlfriend when she first moved to Jax to multiple single family homes for the rest of the family (on both sides of the transaction). She has never pressured us or made us feel rushed into making our decision and has always shared her extensive experience when requested. I can not recommend Holly highly enough!
