My fiancee and were moving down to Jacksonville, Fl for job reasons and needed to close within 1 month. A friend of ours recommended Marianne and we could not have asked for a better realtor. She provided great representation from viewing homes to our closing day. Her communication via phone &/or email was effective and efficient. Best of all, she will find you a home you want without any pressure. Start day 1 with her and you won't regret it. We had issues with our lender explaining things to us (first time home buyers here) and she intervened immediately to straighten everything out. She will be your advocate in all aspects of the process. Would recommend again and again.
