Whenever I felt overwhelmed or anxious, she stayed calm and reassuring, which really helped me feel more confident throughout the journey. I never felt rushed or pressured just genuinely supported. Kathy knows her craft as being an agent. She knows the area extremely well and the people too. She is extremely knowledgeable in the market and her communication with us was excellent.
