David started out sending me listings prior to our move to Texas. He is very knowledgeable of the area we were interested in. We gave him a price we were willing to pay and he was able to provide listings in our price range. David never gave up when we were getting discouraged. Our persistence and David’s willingness to keep running us all over looking at house after house paid off. David is an awesome real estate agent that I would recommend hands down.

Mr. stives recently sold a house that we owned here in El Paso. Mr. Stives was professional and knowledgeable in all his interactions with me He was always available when I reached out to him and kept me updated on all issues concerning the home. He was a pleasure to associate with.
